ESAB G30 Shade 10 or 11 Prepared For Air Welding Helmet

The ESAB G30 Air is a unique design in flip front welding and grinding helmets which is provided with a face seal and air duct for improved lung protection for welders. The visor provides effective protection from Ultra Violet and Infra Red radiation when the visor is both open and closed.

In many ways it provides a cost effective solution in harsh welding environments without the expense of ADF filters. The ESAB G30 Air is the perfect cutting and grinding helmet. The G30 Air has a choice of passive inner lenses for clear vision when grinding and the choice of shades on the flip down visor for the welding process. The 2 base options give a choice of DIN 10 or 11 but with a choice of inner and visor lenses, it has the flexibility for you to mix different shades of visors to get exactly the protection that you need for your welding environment. The inner lens has Clear, and DIN 2,3 and 5 options, while the outer visor can be replaced with DIN 5, 8 or 10 shades. This gives options to potentially take the DIN Shade as high as 15 thanks to the wide range of replacement lenses available. 

The G30 Prepared for air is an excellent choice if you are replacing a previous ESAB air fed helmet that has a still working EPR-X1 PAPR system and hose.
