Pros - looks great, light weight, great clear vision. CONS- has the same air flow as my speedglas (170ltr per minute) but definitely doesn't feel as powerful, the hose is a little too short and and pulls at the head screen, the grind function is a little dark. The speedglas flip front is more functional
Oops, I forget to say about headband, maybe you can add this to my earlier message?: This headband is also very good, you can wear it whole day easily and no headache like with other helmets.
