Flap Wheels by Bibielle 20-80mm Diameter: 60-80 Grit 6mm Shaft

Bibielle Flap Wheels use Aluminium oxide flaps ranging from a couple of fine 80 grit 20 X 20mm  and 30 X 15mm to coarse 60 grit products at 50 X 25mm, 60 X 25mm and 80 X 50mm. Constructed with X-Flex weight backing, they are all driven by a strong 6mm diameter cylindrical shaft.

Recommended applications:

Weld finishing, light deburring, cleaning or preparation for subsequent treatments (electroplating with chromium or nickel; painting). Smaller sizes are suited to cleaning up on small details or hard-to-reach surfaces such as the internal surfaces of pipes, cylinders, parts of irregular shape. Larger diameters are better for coarser work.

Work surfaces:

These flap wheels are effective on mild and stainless steel, alloyed steel, aluminium, titanium, nonferrous materials and alloys. They are also suitable for plastic materials, glass fibre, rubber, marble, stone, concrete, wood, hide or leather in more diverse workshops.
